30-day voluntary returns

We intend to accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Contact support for instructions and the designated local return address before sending anything back. The address and contact channel will be published before orders open.

Local returns and other solutions

Where a local return center is available, use the address supplied by support. A replacement or partial refund may be offered by mutual agreement. These options do not replace any refund or return rights provided by law. Report damaged, missing, or misdescribed items with photos so support can review them.

Size and expectations

Check the measured dimensions before ordering small items. Requests based only on personal size expectations may be handled under the published voluntary return terms. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty goods remain unaffected. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.
